The House

The Illusionary World is empty, desolate, and almost dreamlike at first. There doesn't appear to be any sort of civilization, save for a small one-story wooden house. There's a single, but quite large window allowing you to see inside. Well, there really isn't much to see besides a small table and a solitary chair. Even if you venture inside the house, there are only two or three other rooms, but they're windowless, and empty.
The Prairie

Outside the house consists of a vast prairie that extends way off into the distance, where a range of snow-capped mountains can be seen. The grass is a golden color, and upon closer inspection, isn't dead. Apparently that's its natural color. Amongst the grass, there are pieces of junk metal scattered about, as if the world had once had some sort of civilization. There's a significant amount of metal scattered across the world, but not enough to prove that there had been a city or anything. Gears, small metal plates, bolts, and other scrap pieces of all shapes and sizes can be found.
The Mountains

If you do somehow manage to reach the mountains, they seem to go on forever. There's really nothing special about the mountains, except for a few scraggly, dead trees around their bases, and the snow at their peaks. However, you can reach the other side eventually. Which is a prairie that looks much like the one where you arrived. In fact, it is the same prairie.
The Sky

The sky is the only thing that seems to change. The clouds shift and pass as if the day was continuing on. But the light never changes. Nor do the many small shining lights that continuously seem to rise from the ground and drift into the sky. You can reach for them, but they'll pass right through your hand. Those aren't your lights. These lights signify the happy thoughts of people in your homeworlds.
Other locations may be listed eventually as the world changes.
